Charles H. Sanford is licensed to practice law in both Florida and South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School and passed the SC Bar in 1980.  Charles gained valuable business and real estate law experience while managing a privately held global manufacturing concern for 20 years. Charles is available to counsel clients in the areas of Real Property Law, Business Law, Mortgage Law, Asset Protection and Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts).  In performing Title Insurance and Closing services, Charles can provide the added benefit of legal representation to a Buyer or Seller of real estate.

A native of South Carolina, Charles moved to Florida in October 2001 and lives in Vero Beach with his wife,  Rosemary, and their two children.  Charles is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in English Literature and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and has been a member of the SC Bar since 1980.  After law school, Charles was engaged in the general practice of law in Columbia, SC.  He was corporate counsel and later CEO for a privately held global manufacturing concern in Columbia, SC where he worked for 20 years.  Charles has been a member of the Florida Bar since March 2004.  Charles has experience in Business Law, Contracts, LLC Formation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Prenuptial Agreements, Trust and Estate Planning and Probate.  His clients are his top priority.  He is committed to counseling them at a time when they need help the most.  Charles welcomes the opportunity to discuss your legal issues.
